Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of Tuscan bread li>
- 8 fillets of anchovies li>
- 4 ripe tomatoes li>
- 1 Onion li>
- 1 handful of Basil li>
- 1 spoon of wine vinegar li>
- 4 tablespoons olive oil li>
- Salt li>
- Pepper li>
Soak the bread in a little water and place in a serving dish. Distribute over the chopped anchovy fillets. Peeled and deprive the seeds of tomatoes, cut into thin slices and use them to cover the bread. Chop the onion, chop a handful of basil and sprinkle on the chopped tomatoes. Salt and pepper. To emulsify the 4 tablespoons of oil with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and sprinkle the panzanella. Serve fresh.
