Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400gr of fresh tomatoes peeled and without seeds li>
- Stale Tuscan bread g 250 li>
- Basil li>
- Half onion li>
- Extra-virgin olive oil li>
- Salt, pepper li>
- 2 cloves of garlic li>
Put in a bowl the bread pieces and pour the broth over it to soak. In a saucepan with 5 tablespoons of oil to sauté the onion and garlic. Combine the chopped tomatoes and let them stay for a few minutes, then add the basil and bread. Bake for half an hour stirring frequently.
